LOG WINDOW(s) Main Screen

You are looking at the Log Window(s) screen that displays logging information and, if enabled, a screen that displays your local Packet Cluster output or the Database Browser window.

Log Window(s) uses a multi-part screen that is split into eight specific areas:

• Log Entry Fields
• Awards and Submission Tags
• Award Status Bar
• Tool Bar
• TNC Window

  The TNC Window consists of two parts:

  • TNC Output Window (upper area)
  • TNC Input Field (Lower Area)
• Database Browser (Popup window or can overlay TNC Window)
• User Defined Buttons
• Status Bar The Status Bar contains cells for:
  • General message text area
  • Logging Field Sequence
  • Total number of records in logbook indicator
  • Operator note available indicator
  • Print Labels status indicator
  • Lookup in Call book status indicator
  • TNC Capture buffer size
  • Quiet mode indicator
  • TNC Character/Line input mode indicator
  • Insert /Overstrike indicator

You may move freely around the screen by using the mouse or the Keyboard commands.
